Appointed by Majlis Bandaraya Iskandar Puteri (MBIP), the team was tasked with designing a new multi-purpose hall in Taman Tan Sri Yaacob, Johor Bahru. Conceived as a flexible community facility, the hall is envisioned to accommodate a range of programs and events, enhancing public infrastructure while fostering stronger social cohesion within the local context.
